Čime konvertirati?

Skinio sam sa nekog torenta titlove za friends uncut na engleskom pa sam ih htio preraditi na hrvatski. Problem je u tome što su oni u .htm formatu i kad ih otvorim u notepadu nema vremena kod titlova nego samo tekst. Htio sam ih konvertirati u SW-u ali ih on nemože otvoriti. Probao sam u još nekim drugim konverterima, isto neće. Jel zna možda netko čime bi se moglo konvertirati u .srt ili .sub i da li se uopće može. Evo primjer titla kada ga otvorim u notepadu kao .htm.

Na torent stranici piše da su u torentu serije i titlovi.

To je transkript i ne moze se samo konvertovati u titl, na osnovu dijaloga mozes napraviti titl ali moras sam da unosis tajminge.
