Moore acknowledged that due to the 2007-2008 Writers Guild of America strike, the series might not be completed. Production was suspended on Nov. 16, 2007, all personnel have been laid off, and only 13 of the 22 episodes have been completed (including 2 episodes comprising "Razor"). Although completion of the season is not a certainty, production may resume quickly, but the remaining episodes of Season 4 may not air until at least the fall of 2008, or early 2009
